Hi,

Welcome to the September Diamond Valley Brain Centre and Back in Action newsletter. In this issue we give a brief outline of how our psychologist, Patricia Crisfield, can help you and your family.

There's also an article on beating the winter blues. Unfortunately there's still a few more months of cold weather left, though the lightening skies in the evenings give us the promise of spring.

Lastly there is a short piece on hidden thyroid problems. They are much more common than you'd think. The article has some checklists to enable you to see if it is affecting you or someone you know.

As a side note I have put together a detailed report on dealing with ADD/ADHD naturally. It covers the causes, brain areas involved, effects of medications and the natural treatment options. Much of it applies to other learning disorders like dyslexia as well. If you would like a free copy, , and I'll get it out to you. If you know someone who would like it, have them send me an e-mail too or use the "Share This" link at the top of the page.

To make the newsletter easier to manage in your inbox, you will see a headline link with a brief summary of the article. To view it in full, click the link, and it will open it in your browser.
