Hi,

In this issue we've got great articles on Nutrition for Children and losing Weight Painlessly. But first, last newsletter I talked about the importance of defining health and what it really is, beyond just the absence of symptoms. How it is a mental, emotional, spiritual and physical wellbeing. Hopefully you had the chance to reflect on that.

Whilst it is vital to know what health is for you, that is only the first step. In this time of New Year's resolutions you have to find a motivation to be healthy. It may be admirable to be healthy for health's sake, but it really doesn't provide you with the juice, the passion to keep you going. You have to find yourself a reason to be healthy. Whether that is being able to play with the grandchildren, or to keep playing the sports you love, that is the way to keep yourself inspired.

So this month, take the time to think about what things inspire you, what things you enjoy, that you want to continue. Think about what you need to change to be able to keep doing them, and also what things you are already doing that you need to continue.

On the article front this month we have two for you. The kids are going back to school. The first article looks at nurturing your child's brain to ensure they can be their best academically.

The second article talks about ketogenic weight loss. This exciting weight loss offers the chance to lose weight while staying healthy and ensuring you don't miss out of vital nutirients in your diet. Ask me about it next time you are in!

Thanks again!
